The two points of views for this debate are as follows:-
For
Executive should be separated from LegislatureIndia is a democratic country. People have the rights to elect their own Government which would lead to the development of the country and Inspire others to live securely and freely.
Legislature or Parliament in particular, is no doubt a law-making body, but its assent to an action lies on the Executive.
It may happen that a decision or resolution for the welfare of the people is passed which is not approved by the Executive or the President due to some other reasons or issues.
In such cases, it clearly shows how the Parliament is suppressed by the President, that is , Legislature by Executive.
Executive on the other hand should not interfere with the functioning of the Legislature as matters which are of urgent need are understood by the Legislature in the first instance so it is they who need the perfect authority to take their own decisions.
Further we also know that members of the Legislature are not outsiders , they are people who are trusted and represented by people themselves.

Against
India , besides being a democratic country, is afflicted with corruption.
A major term when someone talks about Government.
Many people are represented by the people.
Some are just and good while others are not.
They have a strong greed for power and self-esteem.
So in order to lead a group of different people we need a leader or a leading group.
Yes, that's our Executive. Just like a classroom without a teacher is incomplete , in a similar way, Legislature is incomplete without the Executive. The President , though a titular Head, is just and unbiased, He understands what are needed for the welfare of the country.
The President, Prime Minister are people who are the reason for many inspirations.
The best being "Remaining Just and unbiased even with high power and authority".
People often fall into the trap of corruption when they achieve high power . Hence , in order to guide and direct the way and decisions of the Legislature , Executive is the first call.Hence, Executive should not be separated from Legislature.
