The rising of corruption with each day also rise the question about it's reasons as the corruption damaged a country from inside. There are various reasons for corruption and the most important reason is lack of ethical or moral education. People who do the corruption have the moral character very low. So these people can be taught the lesson of ethics. 

within a organization the moral lesson also matters to bring down corruption. The ethical practices plays important role in this regard. The ethics tells a person about wrong and right and what they must be done while living in a organization , so having the power of mind set changing ethics also motivate a man to not involve in corruption thus helping to bring it down.
Moreover , The ethical practices create a sense of responsibility with in the individuals involving in the work of organization, thus realizing the responsibility prevent them from corruption.
