Hard Work is a positive words and helps u too success.Hard Work as the core to Success is real to some people while others do not believe in the declaration. Some people think that they succeed due to luck. They say that the lucky ones are the most successful individuals in the societies. However, whether succeeds out of luck or not, hard work is required to remain successful. Hard Work is the Key to Success statement has been a slogan for some people and companies too. The belief in hard work can lead to success in everything we do. People have succeeded in their careers through hard work. Career development for an individual demands a lot of hard work and dedication. Promotion at workplaces does not happen through the luck of those who get the positions but due to their hard work.

“What contributes more in Success – Destiny or Hard Work?” has always been Chicken or the Egg kind of question. This probably is the most asked question in my training programs. Let’s find the answer NOW.
For Destiny to even exist there has be to someone to write it, The God. There can only be two possibilities – either the god exists or He does not. If He doesn’t exist then there is no one to write the destiny. In this case all the results come from Hard Work. There might be chance factor or probability theorem in play but even in that case to enhance your chances or probability you need to try more.
In case the God does exist he might be or might not be writing the destiny. If He is not writing it, again its Hard Work, Chance Factor or Probability Theory. You can always improve your chances by trying more number of times.
The problem situation is when there is a God and He is writing the Destiny. He might wright it good or bad for you. Now I ask you ...
“If there is a God and He is writing everyone’s destiny, what will he consider while writing it ? One’s Shoe size ? Height ? Nationality ? Eye Colour ? Name ? or something else ? “
