Answer:

Not always but yes, moral values are mostly influenced by our nearest circle and the people we move with.

The voice of a human is stronger than a sword. Because it has got its own pure logic most of the times. A human being depends so much on the analysis of the past to predict the future. Until now, the shreds of evidence and proofs about how the moral values are influenced and built-up show that they are influenced by our nearest circle.

For example, I have a cousin who was brought up in the United States. We are from the same family background, but our moral values are like the opposite poles. Which one to follow and where to go about this topic.

Everyone will have their own set of moral values. But what I have learnt in my life is not to disrespect others and their values. It is important to be a good human being but that intention of good and bad varies from person to person. Every human being was created unique are we are supposed to each other.
