Answer:
The content given above is taken from Article 14 and 15 of the Indian constitution.
There are certain reasons why usually a debate is done on this topic.
The Indian constitution contains only the articles that are highly required and necessary. So the above give articles are also the most important rules that is to be followed by the citizens. India is a secular, democratic country....india is expressed in many ways. But are the rules really followed in india?? If it really is, then why is there discrimination among the people?? So, it's indeed right to say that though the right to equality is a fundamental necessity, it is not maintained in our country. There is still cast discrimination, religion discrimination, inequality between men and women too.... Thought now a days women are working harder and removing social inequality from the society, there are still cases where women are asked to stay back in. There are many cases were women are treated as a puppet too and then killed( I guess to understood), this is not what it should be. Every one is equally liable to live. Why are people, even now mentioning there cast and asking if it's oc or bc? Is it required? When ever you fill up any form the common question you come across is, "mention your cast". Is it necessary that you should fill the form only if you write down your cast........these things should be removed. And equality should be maintained between rich or poor, black or white(facial discrimination),etc....only if these are followed our country and the people can maintain equally....... The explanation is points required for debates. Hope it is helpful....
