1. Colleges have uniforms because in a manner it is a part of a disciplined life.
2. It also promotes a sense of equality among the students,
3. It makes the student look professional and serious about his career
4. It speaks about your behaviour character and ettiquette
5. It instill pride and honoured about the institution in the students mind
6. It prevents bullying
Not in favour :
1.College means to restrict the students by assuming that they are not mature enough
2. Uniforms cost more than civil dress
3. College students are mature enough to know what clothes are acceptable in an educational institutions
4. A student can be disciplined in any clothes
5. College is for education , hence , what one wears shouldn't be a matter of concern
6. Student are old enough to understand the harm of bullying ( with a few exceptions )
6. It does not allow them to develop their sense of individualism
7. Students have no unique personality as they are all made to follow the small boring rules
8. The college turns into a factory which produces many goods having no variation what so ever
