Good morning everyone present here; I am going to express my views on ‘2000 note a reform or a tool corruption’. I am going to express my views to prove that 2000 note will work as a tool to abet corruption.
On November 8, 2016Indian Government had announced demonetization of notes of 500 and 1000 denomination. This was done to control hoarding of black money and to nullify the hoarded money in the hands of corrupt people and anti-national agencies. The strategy proved to be quite effective.
However, the Government’s decision to replace 2000 denomination note in place of 500 and 1000 rupee note was quite paradoxical and self-contradictory. The corrupt and anti-national people will be able to hoard much more black money as 2000 rupee note is of quite high denomination. It is easy to hoard much more money than before and use it in corrupt, illegal, and anti-national activities.
Hence, I conclude my speech by saying 2000 note is not a reform but a tool to corruption.
