Selection is better than Election :
Election is the most demographic way for choosing anyone for a post or Authority but they have their own problems & loopholes like money interest & mislead the people by mussel & money power .whereas in Selection we have a set or board which appoint the parson on behalf of his /her experience & merits .Board have power to dismiss them on any point of time for their wrong doing & unaccountably towards work & people. Selection method has rights to review the performance & tenure .
