Answer :

Take about 100 ml of water which acts as a solvent in a steel palm .

Boil water over a stove.

Now , add one spoon of sugar which acts as a solute . Sugar dissolves in water as it is soluble in water and forms a solution . Also , add half teaspoonful of tea leaves which are insoluble in water. Let the contents boil for about 3to4 minutes. Now , add about 25 ml of milk and let the contents boil again. Filter the mixture with the help of tea strainer or sieve .

Tea please will be retained as decided in the stranger and streaming water will get selected as filtrate in the cup.
