This statement is false because we can see some cells with our naked eyes.

Example-- The egg of an Ostrich bird is also made from a single cell...and we can see that egg with our naked eyes.

deekshith's statement is false

most of the cells are very small and cannot be seen with naked eye but there are some large cells which are visible to naked eye

eg : human nerve cell is about 90 to 100 cm in length and visible to eye

egg of an ostrich is nearly 17 × 18 cm which is the largest cell
