therefore age of Deepak = 2x

difference between their ages = 11 years

>> 2x - x = 11
>> x = 11

hence, present age of vikas = x = 11 yrs …(i)

and present age of Deepak = 2x = 2 × 11 = 22 yrs …(ii)

verification :-

by (i) and (ii) we got vikas's age 11 and deepak's age = 22 yrs
