Rutherford said that an atom is like a plumber pudding.

And the centre of it is like the nucleus. It also contains seeds which were reffered as electrons, negatively charged rotate around the nucleus.

His drawbacks were he was not able to find the neutron and proton.

While J.J Thomson said that atoms contains nucleus and electrons.
