These are opaque, lustrous elements that are good conductors of heat and electricity. 
Example ;- Copper , Aluminium , Steel , etc.

Non - Metals ;-

These are chemical elements which does not have the properties of metals. 
Example ;- Bromine , Nitrogen , Hydrogen , etc.
