1) opaque - Not letting light pass through; not transparent or tanslucent.

2) Transparent - Having the property of transmitting light without appreciable scattering so that bodies lying beyond are seen clearly : PELLUCID

3) Translucent - A translucent material let's light pass through , but object on the other side can't be seen clearly. think shrinky dinks or stained glass.
