Here's the answer to your question

1 watt is the power of an appliance which consumes the energy at the rate of 1joule per second.

1watt = 1joule/1second.

We know energy =work done /time taken

So time = ? (to be calculated)

and

Work = Force * Distance travelled

Work = 2000N *30. (5/18*108=30m/s)

Work = 6000J

Let acceleration due to gravity,g=10m/s²

Weight = Mass * Acceleration due to gravity

2000N = mass * 10

2000/10= mass

200kg = mass

work = mass* acceleration due to gravity * height

6000 = 200*10*height

6000/200*10= height

3m = height

Distance = 3m

Time = 3/ 30 = 0.1

Energy = work / time

= 6000/0.1

= 60000w

Hope it might helps you
