cell is structural and functional unit of life.cell membrane provides selective permeability of substances in and out of cells.chloroplast is pigment producing cell organelle, present in plants.nucleus is cell organelle which stores genetic Constitution of species.mitochondria is power house of cell, generates ATP (currency of cell.centrioles is present only in animal cell.plant cell has cell wall, animal cell has no cell wall.plants have chloroplast but animal cell don't have.majority of plants are autotrophic.animals are heterotrophic.majority of plants are sadentary animals majority are mobile.nucleus, mitochondria, cell membrane, ribosomes are present in both.two types of cell division mitosis and meiosis.

a cell is a fundamental , structural and physiological unit of living organisms.
ex of unicellular organisms are-amobea, bacteria, euglena, etc.
1.cell membrane seperates the contents of cell from the outer environment.
2.chromosomes are responsible for protein synthesis.
I.cell wall makes the plant rigid, thick and provides protection and mechanical support to the plant.
ii.chloroplast traps the sunlight energy and transform intochemical energy of carbohydrates.
iii . nucleus contains chrmosomes and genes which controls all the activities of an cell.
iv.mitochondria helps in the synthesis of amino acidsand ATP.
centrosome is the cell organelle which is found only in animal cell .
In plant cell double membrane bound organelle is absent whereas in animal cell it is present.
in plant cell, cell division takes place by fission or budding whereas in animal cell , cell division takes place by mitotic or meiotic cell division.
in plant cell neuclolus Is absent.
plant cell contains single chromosomes.
palnts and animals both contains nucleus.
cell division are of rwo types -
I.mitosis division
2.meiosis division.
