Answer:

Malik is the term for the chief or head of a community.

Indian workers who perform unskilled labor are referred to as Mazdoors.

In India, a peasant or agricultural worker is referred to as a Kisan.

Explanation:

Malik: In various regions of Asia Minor and the Indian subcontinent, a town or community's leader is known as "Malik." Additionally, it applies to large farmers, landlords, and lenders with strong financial standing.

Mazdoor: A mazdoor is someone who works in a laborious occupation; someone whose task, in contrast to that of an artisan, involves strength rather than expertise. Additionally, it describes agricultural workers who live off the land or have tiny pieces of land. During the various farming seasons, such as weeding, sowing, plowing, harvesting, etc., they are employed by large farmers to labor on their fields.

Kisan: In India, a peasant or small farmer is referred to as a "Kisan." A Kisan is a farmer who borrows money from money lenders, major farmers, etc. to buy seeds and equipment to till the ground. If they are unable to make their payments on time to big landlords and big farms, they risk going into debt and even losing their land.
