Unitary form of government is a government in which all the powers of government are concentrated into the hands of one central government and all the units are subordinate and under the central government.

eg-Great Britain and Northern Ireland

Either there is only one level of government or the subunits which are subordinate to the central government. The central government can pass on orders to the provincial or the local government. The jurisdictions of government or its subunits are not specified in the Constitution. Centre can delegate power to introduce any change. For example :- Sri Lanka. This is all about unitary form of government.
