Age Structure- The age composition of a population refers to a number of people in different age groups in country.
Death rate - Death rate is the number of death per thousand persons in a year
Birth rate - Birth rate is the number of live birth per thousand in a year.

AGE STRUCTURE :–
[1] Sub division of population as per age group is known as age structure.
[2] Age structure is helpful in knowing the proportion of children, adolescents, young Middle aged and old people in population.
[3] It is also helpful in knowing proportion of active population (population between the ages 16 and 59) and dependent population (population below 16 years of the age and above 60 years of age).
