The sclera, or white part of the eye, protects the eyeball. The pupil, or black dot at the centre of the eye, is an opening through which light can enter the eye. The iris, or coloured part of the eye, surrounds the pupil. It controls how much light enters the eye by changing the size of the pupil.

1)cornea=it is the front part of the eye bulging outward & it is made up of transparent memorance.

2)iris =it is a coloured part just behind the cornea which we see in the eye, colour of iris may be different for different person.

3)pupil= it is a circular hole in the iris which appears black as light entering in it doisnet come, amount of light is controlled by varrying

the size of the pupil with the help of iris.

4)ciliary muscle=the muscle by which eye lens is held in position is known as ciliary muscle.

5)lens=it is a convex lens made up of transparent & flexible material. the curvature & focal length of eye lens May be mattered by ciliary muscle.

6)Aqueous humor =the liquid which fill the space between cornea&the eye lens is called aqueous humor.

7)retina =it is a sensitive screen an which image is formed & covers the inside of the rear part of the eye ball. it is delicate membrance containing about1250 lacs receptors called rods &cones which respond to the light & colour signals.

8)vitreous humor =it is transparent liquid which fills the space between eye lens & retina.

9)optic nerve =nerves which carry electricals signals
