amalgam....An amalgam is an alloy of mercury with another metal. Almost all metals can form amalgams with mercury, the notable exceptions being iron, platinum, tungsten, and tantalum. Silver-mercury amalgams are important in dentistry, and gold-mercury amalgam is used in the extraction of gold from ore.

chromium is the main material of stainless​ steel because it makes the steel rust resistant.

copper is the main constituent material in bronze

An amalgam is a mixture or an alloy of mercury with a number of metals or alloys such as sodium,zinc,gold and silver as well as with some non metals.

Constituents of
(i) stainless steel- iron, chromium,nickel,carbon.
(ii)bronze- Copper,tin,zinc.
