define autotrophs and heterotrophs

Autotrophs are those organisms which prepare their own food with the help of outer surrounding, and environmental changes.
Eg. plants

Heterotrophs are those organisms which depends on the Autotrophs for their survival needs, they kill the auto or Heterotrophs for such survival needs

Example :- Green plant , bacteria etc



The organisms which don't make their own food depending on the other organism for their food is called Heterotrophes..

Example :- Human beings , ....cow , elephant etc.
