Answer:- Azeotropes are binary liquid mixtures having the same composition in liquid and vapour phase and boil at a constant temperature.

Minimum boiling azeotropes is formed by positive deviation from Raoult's Law.

Example :- Ethanol ( water mixture containing 95 % (approx) ethanol by volume.
