Balanced forces is simply defined as equal forces acting on opposite sides. For example, we can take a box and a twin brothers pushing each sides with same force as 20 Newton-20 Newton then it is said to be balanced force. When there is balance to force the object must be in stable position. It a vector quantity. It is measured in the SI unit of newtons and represented by the symbol "F".
