Bio- fertilizer is another important source of nutrients. This mixture of microorganism supplying plant nutrients by fixation. Fertilizer which are present organic or which are naturally available. Bio- fertilizer are easily available. They renewable and environmental friendly.

Bio fertilizer are basically made up of organism. It could be simple organisms. Bio fertilizer do not create any harm to the soil.

Azotobacter and aspergillus are two elements which are made available by them.  Azotobacter is the nitrogen fixing Bio-fertilizer and aspergillus is the phosphorus slubilising bio-fertilizer.    

             

Benifits of using bio-fertilizers:

•  They are cheap when compared to chemical fertilizer
• Soils retain fertility because, soil will be free from chemical.
