Define carry over factor.

Carry over factor : As name suggest it is something which is being carried from one end to other end by the member. as shown in the figure if moment M applied at the end B in anti clockwise direction the moment felt by the end A is suppose Mab . Then in carry over will be defined as Mab/M, which is in this case 1/2.
