⭕️a force is needed to produce circular motion.

⭕️The force which is needed to make an object to travel in a circular path is called centripetal force.

⭕️ centripetal (“center-seeking”) force.

⭕️opposite to this force there is a fictitious outward force experienced by body in circular path.

⭕️The magnitude of this force is always equal to the centripetal force. This fictitious force is known as centrifugal force.

✔️✔️For example,

⭕️If suppose a stone is tied to a thread is rotated in a circular path, the stone experiences a centrifugal force.

⭕️ If the stone is released the stone flies away from the path along the tangent to the circle.

=> Centrifuge machine is classic example of centrifugal force.

=> Washing machine is also one example of this force.
