Cold desert - r the places which remain cold throughout the year. There is no vegetation in these places due to their coldness.
Ex- ladakh
Hot desert - r the places which remain hot in the day time and becomes very cold during night. There is no vegetation due to low water in the ground.
Ex- Thar desert.
