the main things that should be kept in mind are...
......one should have the proper knowledge about the candidate whom he is going to give his vote..
he should not be double minded..
one must not forget to keep his voter card..
...one should first think thoroughly before voting a person....
if a candidate offers something to voters for voting...one should not accept it....
people should keep in mind that their votes are going to decide the ruling in India should not waste their vote (by pressing buttons of two parties at same time...)
