Diastereomers are stereoisomers that are not mirror images of one another and are non-superimposable on one another. Stereoisomers with two or more stereocenters can be diastereomers. It is sometimes difficult to determine whether or not two molecules are diastereomers

Hi Mate,
Diastereomers are stereoisomers with two or more organic compounds that have at least two stereocenters with different configurations at some of the stereocenters but the same configuration at others. These configurations are not mirror images of one another.
For example consider two compounds with a six-membered ring that have two substituents each, a chlorine atom and an ethyl group.
