Euclids division lemma:given two positive integers a and b ,there exists a unique pair of integers q and r satisfying a=bq+r,where 0≤r less than b.
Fundamental theorem:every composite number can be expressed as the product of primes, and this factorization is unique, apart from the order in which the prime factors occur.
