1. People will start fighting for water. 
2. Crops will not be grown. 
But- 
If that condition will be in cities of large population then- 
1. Thousands of people will die because of drought. 
And if no water all will die.

It makes regions arid.
Agricultural production turns low.
Settlement in arid region will decrease.
It causes excessive heat on earth.
