Evaporation is the process of a substance in a liquid state changing to a gaseous state due to an increase in temperature and/or pressure. Vaporization is also the phase change from liquid to gas state but above the boiling point of the liquid.

evaporation is surface phenomena . it vary on surface area temperature humidity and wind speeed . evaporation can take place anywhere and any time at any temperature.
vapourisation is bulk phenomena . there arnt gactors affecting it at 1 atm . it just need a temperature of 100'C
