Frenkel defect takes place when the cation in the compound migrates to a void leading to a bigger void.

No. This effect does not effect the mass of the compound.

No. This effect does not effect the charge of the compound. The charge remains neutral.

Does it effect the Conductivity?

Yes. The conductivity of the solid increases. This is because of the greater void created by the defect.
