Mathematically, Gibb's free energy is the difference of enthalpy and the product of absolute temperature and entropy.

⏺️G = H - T. S

For isothermal process,

At initial state, G1 = H1 - TS1 --- 1

At final state, G2 = H2 - TS2 --- 2

FROM equation 1 and 2,

( G2 - G1 ) = ( H2 - H1 ) - T ( S2 - S1 )

✔️ ΔG = Δ H - T Δ S

This equation is known as GIBB'S HELMHALTZ EQUATION.
