The genetics term heterozygous refers to a pair of genes where one is dominant and one is recessive — they're different. Like all words with the prefix hetero, this has to do with things that are different genes.....
Homozygous is a condition in which a gene possesses a pair of the same alleles (TT or tt) for a single characteristic. This is the homozygous condition for the character, tallness. Plants are either completely tall or completely short.
The selection of Superior individuals by the breeder (Plant breeder or Animal breeder)to be the parents of next generation to improve the performance of progenies is known as Artificial Selection.
In asexual reproduction, a new individual is generated from a copy of a single cell from the parent organism. Natural clones, also known as identical twins, occur in humans and other mammals. These twins are produced when a fertilized egg splits, creating two or more embryos that carry almost identical DNA.
