Homeostasis is a process in human body which regulate our internal things. Human's internal body temperature is a great example of homeostasis.

      In brain the part called hypothalamus which regulates temperature of human body. When it senses that our internal body temperature is too low or high, it sends signals to our muscles, glands, nervous system and organs. These all respond in a variety of ways to help our temperature to normal.
