In the given figure, there is one Parallelogram and one Triangle.

Parallelogram :-

Base = (6 + 5) cm = 11 cm

Height = 4 cm

Area of Parallelogram = Base × Height

= 11 cm × 4 cm

= 44 cm²

Triangle :-

Base = 6 cm

Height = 4 cm

Area of triangle = 1/2 × Base × Height

= 1/2 × 6 cm × 4 cm

= 12 cm²

Now,

Area of the Shaded Region :-

= Area of Parallelogram - Area of Triangle

= 44 cm² - 12 cm²

= 32 cm² ✔

\mathfrak{\huge{Answer:}}

Area of parallelogram = Base × Height

=》 Base = 6 cm + 5 cm = 11 cm

=》 Height = 4 cm

=》 Area = 11 × 4

=》 Area = 44 cm^2

Area of the triangle = 1/2 × Base × Height

=》 Base = 6 cm

=》 Height = 4 cm

=》 Area = 1/2 × 6 × 4

=》 Area = 12 cm^2

Area of shaded region = 44 cm^2 - 12 cm^2

=》 \textbf{32 cm^2}
