isotonic solution - same quantity of concentration in water and cell
hypertonic solution - concentration of water is less as compared to the cell and the cell would shrink
hypotonic solution- concentration of water is more as compared to the cell and the water would go into the cell and the cell will be swollen
hypertonic solution - concentration of water is less as compared to the cell and the cell would shrink
hypotonic solution- concentration of water is more as compared to the cell and the water would go into the cell and the cell will be swollen

Heya Friend,
Here is your answer-
Cell in Isotonic solution- When we keep a cell in Isotonic solution that means the concentration of water is equal in both inside and outside the cell and the water will neither go in the cell nor will come out of the cell. so the cell will remain of the same size.
Cell in Hypertonic solution- When we keep a cell in Hypertonic cell. The water concentration in the cell is higher than outside the cell so the water will move outside and the cell will shrink. For example- when we sprinkle salt on cucumber slices. The water comes out and the slice becomes loose.
Cell in Hypotonic solution- When we keep a cell in Hypotonic solution, the water concentration outside the cell is more and less inside the cell so the water will enter in the cell which will make the cell swells up. For example- When we keep de-shelled egg in water.
So thats all!!
Hope it helps..!!
