a changing magnetic field through a coil of wire therefore must induce an emf in the cpoil which in turn causes the current to flow.thelaw describing induced emf is named after the british scientist micheal farday

When a conductor is brought in a changing magentic field, the free electrons of the conductor experiences a force called Lorentz Force. This force makes the elctrons to move in a particular direction within the conductor. And we know flow of electron (or change) is current. This current developed in the conductor because of a changing magnetic field is called induced current.

Hope this helps:)
