If the nation is clean then there wont be any necessity for the government to spend money for cleaning and also the cleaner a nation the healthier the people and more work is done.

do you know that in japan every citizen has got a brochure of 21 pages that how to keep wet and dry garbage seperately!!!!!!!!!!!
if one does not follow such rules, his garbage would not be taken by govt.
if he puts garbage anywhere on road, he has to pay some Rs.3000 and one day in jail!!!!!!!!
in japan, disease like dengue are almost negligible!!!!!!
so such projects makes a difference
