organic acids: these acids are extracted from organic sources such as plants and animals. these acids are often very weak and do not completely dissociate in water. some examples of such acids are citric acids from lemons, tartaric acids from raw mangoes and tamarinds( as the name tells).

inorganic acids: These acids are derived or extracted from minerals or mineral based resources, such acids are often very corrosive and toxic. They are strong acids, thus they completely dissociate in water. Example: sulfuric acids,  phosphoric acids etc...
