Integers...

Integers constitute the positive numbers, 0 and the negative integers.

Positive integers are denoted by a '+' sign.

Negative integers are denoted by a '-' sign.


* Rules in Addition of integers *

When there are two positive integers, you add them and the resulting sum will be denoted by a positive sign.

When there are two Negative numbers, you add them and the resulting sum will be denoted  by a negative sign.

When there is a positive integer and a negative integer, You subtract them and the resulting difference will be denoted by the sign of the greater number.

*Rules for Subtraction*

When there are 2 positive signs nearby they are changed to positive sign only.

When there are 2 negative signs nearby they are changed to Positive sign.

When there are a positive sign and a negative sign nearby, they both are changed to a single negative sign.


* Rules in Multiplication*

When there are 2 positive number to be multiplied,multiply them and the product will be in positive sign.

When there are two negative number to be multiplied,Multiply them and the product will be in positive sign.

When there is a positive number and a negative number multiply them and the product will be in negative sign.
