irriversible change are change which cannaot be reversed it means if suppose A is a substance it become B after some process then the new substance formed B cannot be changed into A back such type of changes are called irriversible change for example
1.formation of curd from milk(we cannot make curd milk back)

irreversible changes is that change which can't be reversed. these changes are permanent. their physical or chemical property changes permanently. For ex: cooking of food, cutting of wood in small pieces, result of a chemical reaction etc.
