Force that acts between moving objects is called kinetic friction. If an object is moving and it comes to rest or its speed reduces at a point of time then it is due to kinetic friction acting upon it.

FOR EXAMPLE :-

If you kick a ball it goes further but stops due to kinetic friction.

If you kick a ball it goes further but stops due to kinetic friction. It is also referred as sliding friction or dynamic friction.

hope it helps & pls mark my answer as brainliest

Answer:

Kinetic friction is defined as a force that acts between moving surfaces. A body moving on the surface experiences a force in the opposite direction of its movement. The magnitude of the force will depend on the coefficient of kinetic friction between the two material.
