Answer

law of constant composition is chemistry law which states that samples of pure compound always  contain same element in same proportion by mass

for eg CO2  carbon dioxide  always contain carbon and oxygen in the ratio 3:8

as carbon mass 12

oxygen 16*2=32

ratio 12/32=3/8

or 3:8
