Answer:

                  Vision without power is like Ferrari without wheels

Good morning everyone present here; distinguished dignitaries,

esteemed jury, venerable teachers, and my dear friends; I am going to expatiate

on ‘Vision without power is like Ferrari without wheels’.

Undoubtedly, in order to accomplish anything great, we

require two basic things ─

vision, and power of action. ‘Vision without action is merely a dream. Action

without vision just passes the time. Vision with action can change the world’,

says Joel A. Barker. It is unequivocally true that vision is the seed of achievement.

All achievements originate from vision. Bob Proctor, the renowned American

philosopher and author in the famous inspirational movie, The Secret says, ‘If

you can hold anything in your mind and thoughts, you can hold that thing in

your hands.’ In the same movie Mike Dooley, the great writer also says,

‘Thoughts Become Things.’ Dr. Denis Waitley, an American psychologist says,

‘When you visualize, you materialize.’

However, the most important caution that needs to be taken

here is reinforcing vision with the power of action. Without this power, the

vision will lose its potential to become a reality or achievement. All great achievers of mankind have used the

power of vision to achieve whopping success in their respective fields. Jesus

used this power to become Son of God and defeated death;

Lincoln used this power to become a great president and to achieve his vision of

abolishing slavery. Louis Pasteur used this power to find a cure for rabies;

similarly, Einstein, Helen Keller, Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther King Jr., Dr.

Abdul Kalam, and many more personages like them, all used this power of vision

to accomplish great things in their life. Even in the contemporary times,

scientists at ISRO, the premier Indian Space Research Organization used vision

or visualization in all their successful space missions.

As stated earlier,the caution that is

to be taken care of is the caution of supplementing vision with action.  As Vance Havner,

the great American revivalist has beautifully said, ‘The vision must be

followed by the venture. It is not enough to stare up the steps - we must step

up the stairs.’

So, the word of advice for all those

who wish to accomplish great goals, they must use this power of vision in

combination with the power of timely action. Otherwise, the target accomplishment

won’t happen....

hope it helps uh...
