A lustrous material is one which gives reflects shine when exposed to any source of light . For eg. Metals such as Steel , Gold , Silver and Platinum .

Non lustrous materials means that those materials which do not have lustre i.e. Shiny surface. For eg :- this includes all non metals except iodine. Like carbon, Other material are chair, battery, books, plz tic sheets, woods, paper, box etc.
