as basicity of NaOH is 1 so 0.04N=0.04M

so 0.04M = n*1000/250 [n no of moles]

so n= 0.01mol

now n=w/M      [W Mass of compound, M molecular mass of compound. ]

so 0.01=w/40   [M NaoH IS 40 ]

w= 0.4 gm
