molecular mass of substance represent the number of times the molecule of that substance is heavier than 1/12th of the mass of an antim of C-12 isotopes .
molecular mass of glucose: C12H22O11
12 ×atomic mass of carbon+ 22× atomic mass of H+ 11× atomic mass of O .
12×12.0+22×1.0+11×16.0
=144+22+176
=342u

Sum Of The Atomic Masses Of All The Atoms In A Molecule Of A Substance Is Called The Molecular Mass Of The Molecule

_______________

  \bold{Molecular \:  Formula \:  Of  \: Glucose \:  Is \:  C6H12O6 \: }

 \bold{ \to \: Atomic  \: Mass  \: Of  \: H = 1</p><p> \: } \\  \bold{ \to \: Atomic \:  Mass  \: Of  \: C = 12 \: } \\  \bold{ \to \:  Atomic \:  Mass \:  Of \:  O = 16</p><p> \: }

_______________

  \implies \bold{Molecular  \: Mass \:  Of  \: C6H12O6 = 12 × 1 + 6 × 12 + 6 × 16</p><p> \: } \\  \\   \implies\bold{Molecular  \: Mass  \: Of  \: C6H12O6 = 12 + 72 + 96 </p><p>} \\  \\   \implies \: \bold{Molecular  \: Mass  \: Of  \: C6H12O6 = 180 \:  u \: }
